That is perhaps setting the bootable flag on the single partition entry in
the "protective" MBR, which is AIUI technically a violation of the GPT
spec. But if it helps here maybe we should hack it anyway. I'm going to
subscribe Thomas Schmitt, xorriso upstream, who knows enormously more than
I do about all this stuff.
