I think the better approach is to make the browser a recommended package 
instead of a dependency.

Is it possible to add to this list a package that isn't in the Ubuntu 
repositories e.g. Brave Browser? On my machine, both Brave and Vivaldi are 
installed but they can't be used as the dependency currently. If the purpose of 
this dependency is to make displaying an html help page of a package then an 
Opera Web Browser and microsoft-edge (-dev) can be used too as well as a 
terminal web browser - w3m; lynx; links2; elinks.
