I think I'm getting the same bug. 20.04 Linux: 5.8.0-55-generic xscreensaver: 5.42+dfsg1-1ubuntu1
I'm configured to run glslideshow If I run `xscreensaver & xscreensaver-command -activate` I get high CPU on processes glslideshow and XOrg If I run `/usr/lib/xscreensaver/glslideshow` directly, the CPU is low. I've attached log's by running `xscreensaver -verbose` with `glslideshow -debug` ** Attachment added: "xscreensaver.log" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xscreensaver/+bug/1862150/+attachment/5505213/+files/xscreensaver.log -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1862150 Title: Xscreensaver produces high cpu and fan on 18.04 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xscreensaver/+bug/1862150/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
