Insufficient details were provided I feel to get know where the issue is, as no details were provided as to what was attempted. This bug can be converted into a question, which may help. You'll need to run apport-collect once the package has been changed to a relevant one (insufficient detail exists currently to know it is; as no details on ISO/media validation were provided etc).
