The steps after this would require a little more expertise. They would
involve bisecting the kernel history which is probably too complicated.
Maybe the kernel team have some ideas for simpler suggestions than that,
but otherwise I am out of ideas. You should probably just stick to a
kernel version that works for you.

And no I would not recommend downgrading to Nvidia 460 when is working.
