- Create /var/run/mgetty-fax and /var/lock/fax if necessary.

- Add Italian translation (it.po) for debconf.
- Add Homepage field and fix the upstream URL.
- Bump debhelper and compat to version 5.
- Bump Standards-Version to 3.7.3.
- Modify Maintainer value to match Debian-Maintainer-Field Spec.
