Running ubuntu-advantage-tools 27.1~16.04.1 on a Xenial 16.04 system
which is attached to my Ubuntu Advantage subscription as follows:

$ ua status
SERVICE       ENTITLED  STATUS    DESCRIPTION
cis           yes       disabled  Center for Internet Security Audit Tools
esm-infra     yes       enabled   UA Infra: Extended Security Maintenance (ESM)
fips          yes       disabled  NIST-certified FIPS modules

Enable services with: ua enable <service>

When attempting to download source packages via the usual "apt-get
source" command it always results in the following error:

401  Unauthorized [IP: 91.189.91.46 443]

The expected result is for the source package (via the .dsc file) to
download successfully.
