Evolution with exchange-connector has also been broken in Fedora for
some time now with the above problem happening. This is not a
distribution related problem. There was a period of time before I did an
upgrade where it worked beautifully - as many of you have indicated
above. If my memory serves me right it was version 2.6 or something
there abouts.

I've experienced this bug starting back in Fedora 6, about a year ago
with evolution then. I check it every now and then to see if they've
fixed it. Apparently not.

FYI, removing all of your account cached information in
~./evolution/mail/exchange/ will only temporarily fix your problem. It
will come back. The fix has to be in exchange-connector.

I've not yet searched Evolution's mailing list, but at the time I was
having the bug I did full dumps of my crashes and they never were able
to help me fix the problem.
