Evolution with exchange-connector has also been broken in Fedora for some time now with the above problem happening. This is not a distribution related problem. There was a period of time before I did an upgrade where it worked beautifully - as many of you have indicated above. If my memory serves me right it was version 2.6 or something there abouts.
Evolution version 2.10.3 I've experienced this bug starting back in Fedora 6, about a year ago with evolution then. I check it every now and then to see if they've fixed it. Apparently not. FYI, removing all of your account cached information in ~./evolution/mail/exchange/ will only temporarily fix your problem. It will come back. The fix has to be in exchange-connector.
