Kernel 5.13 can be compiled in one of the two ways: 1. Use dwarves 1.21, which needs Ubuntu 21.04 and breaks installation for older systems 2. Disable CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_BTF, thus allowing it to be compiled with older toolchains and thus, for older Ubuntu releases.
