This version of htpdate seems to be writing an incorrect pid to the
pidfile.

When I run:
# /usr/sbin/htpdate -D -s -i /run/htpdate.pid www.pool.ntp.org www.wikipedia.org

The pidfile contains:
# cat /run/htpdate.pid
56385

The actual pid:
# pgrep htpdate
580673
