AGain with Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS, i had to install virtualbox-ext and virtualbox-guest-addtions iso manually from synaptic. It didnt work at least the package with virtualbox-ext. Before this bug, the first time you started virtualbox, it automatically shows a message that newer version of extensionpack, is avalaible, and if you want to update... Then it asks for delete the old version. This doesnt appear in this release of vbox.
I had to manually download Ext pack from Virtualbox download page.
