Per https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/hirsute/riscv64/python3-silx the binary
was removed in hirsute with the rationale "rdep of pyopencl". That
hasn't changed, and pyopencl isn't built on riscv64, so this seems like
it would just reintroduce an uninstallable package?
