The same happens to me since my upgrade from Ubuntu 20.10 to 21.04 recently.
My Bluetooth Boze headset at any moment goes completely silent and after a few seconds disconnects to automatically reconnect a moment later. `dmesg` then only shows a line like already shared in the log files from Anton and like the last line in my attached syslog.txt. Every time that 'input' number increases by one.
