I've followed your advice about the /home/adamSQL/Documents directory and created it. I think it almost work but the problem is still here, and I still can't update my OS. I add below the error.log file wich is in /var/log/mysql directory. I don't really know if it can help but I'm trying to give you all the informations I have.
