Public bug reported:

Selecting the "BlueDevil Send File" through the Application Menu or the
"Applications" place in pcmanfm-qt gives no result: no window or dialogue opens.
A device has already been paired using BlueDevil Wizard.
Running the command found in the desktop file ("bluedevil-sendfile -k %u") in a
terminal *does* open the "Bluetooth Send File Wizard" window with the following
terminal output:

lubuntu@lubuntu:~$ bluedevil-sendfile -k %u
Icon theme "elementary" not found.
bluedevil.sendfile: Device "%u"
bluedevil.sendfile: Files ()
bluedevil.sendfile: Manager initialized

Steps to reproduce:
1. Boot Lubuntu 21.10 in a live session
2. Click on the Application Menu
3. Select "Internet > BlueDevil Wizard"
4. Pair a device
5. Open the Application Menu
6. Select "Internet > BlueDevil Send File"

Result:
Nothing happens

Expected result:
