Ubuntu 12.04 (precise) reached end-of-life on April 28, 2017. Ubuntu 12.04 (precise) was available to ESM users until April 2019 - see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases Why do/did you need to install from 'precise' repositories while running Ubuntu 18.04 (bionic)?
