Public bug reported:

Hello,

azure-cli (in Universe) is awfully old and broken and can't be used at all.
Upstream releases roughly every 2 weeks and it is not in a usable state at all.
We've had so many issues, et al, and it looks that it's better to not ship
azure-cli in Impish than shipping a really broken version.

For instance:

```
az group create -l westus -n MyResourceGroup
...
TypeError: 'NoneType' object is not callable
To open an issue, please run: 'az feedback'
```

Microsoft further recommends their own PPAs and nobody should really use
this old package (funny that it can't be used in the first place,
though). We're trying to make things work via snap of the same software
so that it can be updated and maintained regularly and without causing
problems in or to the official Ubuntu archive(s).

It has no further reverse-{build-}dependencies either:
```
$ reverse-depends azure-cli
No reverse dependencies found
$ reverse-depends -b azure-cli
No reverse dependencies found
```

With that said, I request you to please remove azure-cli from Impish.
Please let me know if you need any more details from my end. TIA! \o/

** Affects: azure-cli (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Critical
         Status: Confirmed
