ALT-F7 worked for me to allow the window to be moved up so I could get to the Forward button. This has been a problem on every computer, 3 now, that I have installed different versions of Ubuntu on, but always found a way until this time. I spent a lot of time finding the ALT-F7 solution. Is not obvious, did not find it easily.
