Norbert (nrbrtx) my ISO is Ok with the same checksum. I found a solution for who is facing the same problem: My thinkpad was with Ethernet Cable and plugged on dock. So I just ejected it from dock and installed the system disconnected from ethernet. Installing is going OK from now, as EFI.
