The last upgrade I did was 25th november. Actually it was my father who finally got the message that theres an upgrade available. He startet the upgrade. Fortunately I saw what he was doing and kept an eye on the upgrade-process. Because as with every other Kubuntu I upgraded, this debconf-bug hit him, too.
I don't know if it's been fixed since, it's been a month. But I really don't want to know how many people hosed their system when they got the "upgrade available" message from adapt-upgrader. -- Could not install 'debconf' during System upgrade 7.04 to 7.10 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/147429 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
