Public bug reported: When I enter grub, whole interface is really unresponsive and rendering is visibly slow. This is not new issue, so I was invastigating why is this happening. When I enetered grub console after reboot and entered 'videoinfo' command, grub answered 'Secure boot forbids loading module from hd(...)...videoinfo.mod'. When I disable secure boot, everything works as expected. While I am using dual boot with windows 11, I need to keep secure boot enabled, so the only solution from my point of view is to add videoinfo module into 'grub-efi-amd64-signed' package.
