You are using package from LP-PPA-ubuntu-mate-dev-fresh-mate (actually from https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-mate-dev/+archive/ubuntu/fresh-mate ). It provides modern 1.26 version which is not supported here. Please keep on topic.
