Also (just noticed) that 91.3.1 has introduced *another* bug. I use the "Quote Colors" extension. It has the option to to set the text and background colours for quoted text. You can configure them separately for Light and Dark Themes.
At 91.3.1 it is now using the text and background colours configured for a Light Theme, even though I am using a Dark Theme.
