Jose, this may be because you are using some user's PPA or similar?
What's the output of "LANG=C apt-cache policy xorg-driver-fglrx" on a
terminal?
It should look like this (on Ubuntu Hardy):
$ LANG=C apt-cache policy xorg-driver-fglrx
