Public bug reported:
I own an Asus TUF A15 FA506IV laptop with Ubuntu 21.10. After putting it
to sleep it discharged. Turning it back on the Wireless cards doesn't
work.

This bug looks similar to the bug
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1872984.
I tried, following https://github.com/lwfinger/rtw88/issues/33 to add the
options `rtw_pci disable_aspm=1` and `rtw_pci disable_aspm=1` but they didn't
help. Some times the cards works for around 20-30 minutes after boot and it
turns off again.
Using https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=260589 I tried adding
to kernel boot parameters `pcie_aspm.policy=performance`, but this
didn't help with waking up the wi-fi adapter.
I also tried different kernel combinations (newest mainline kernel as
well as kernel versions similar to what were in 20.10 and 21.04), but
these didn't help either.
