Public bug reported: Ubuntu 20.04 after a normal power down and up rabbitmq-server failed to start, re-install of rabbitmq failed to solve the problem but a purge and re-install solves the issue. Could be a problem with Erlang? Also possible is a permissions issue - I had been moving some shared libraries into a docker build and changed some permissions temporarily - I may have mis-stepped.
