Public bug reported:

[Impact]

 * Unable to build armhf Ubuntu 21.10 cloud images due to 'No space left
on device' errors. See attached build log snippet for details on the
disk space errors.

 * The fix has landed upstream in the livecd-rootsfs master branch
https://git.launchpad.net/livecd-
rootfs/commit/?id=1a7e9ca8c9c7db434e02efad38ca270eca779339

[Test Plan]

 * Test plan is to build armhf image with a patched livecd-rootfs

[Where problems could occur]

 * The only downside I can think of is a bigger disk image. Since
landing upstream in the master branch we have seen no issues with the
disk size in the 22.04 image builds.

[Other Info]

 * I will create MP against livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/impish branch.

** Affects: livecd-rootfs (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
