Public bug reported: Using daily update image for 20.04 Placing activation-mode in the netplan section of the user-data file results in an error about an unknown token. After the automated install fails and you get dumped to a shell, no changes to files in /etc/netplan are needed to make the netplan try or netplan apply commands work without error.
Documentation on this token are at https://netplan.io/reference/ (and elsewhere). ** Affects: subiquity (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1954582 Title: activation-mode directive not recognized in user-data file To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/subiquity/+bug/1954582/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
