Here we have to make a solution that satisfies bug 1827159 and this one (bug 1940916):
1) Non exclude the squash, trace and tmp filesystems if the -p option is provided. Exclude them otherwise. 2) if the -N option is present (the include option), no exclude the selected fs for inclusion (as exclude has precedence over include).
