Public bug reported:

When activating Pointer Location function, I cannot use any other Ctrl-
based shortcuts. Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+X, etc. just stop working because
Pointer Location is fired up once Ctrl is pressed.

I think that shortcuts should work as follows: shortcut bound commands
should be activated after keys are released.

(BTW, don't know whether it's OK to write here but I've never had such
issues with Windows OS, because no shortcuts interrupt one another there
and it's very important nowadays because shortcuts help saving one's
valuable time).

OS Name: Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS
OS Type: 64-bit
GNOME Version: 3.36.8
Windowing System: X11
