Public bug reported: in ubuntu 21.10 and new 22.04 the /usr/bin/run-clang-tidy is a symlink to run-clang-tidy-13.py but, run-clang-tidy-13.py is a symlink to ../lib/llvm-13/share/clang/run-clang-tidy that does not exist.
