Since USB ports blockage seems to happen when entering Linux environment, a 
possible workaround to try in systems with intagrated bluetooth would be 
entering BIOS setup and disabling bluotooth, or pressing bluetooth disabling 
key where available.
In systems with external USB bluetooth key, action to try would be to 
disconnect external bluetooth device and rebooting, as it worked in my case.
