Public bug reported:

After upgrade from Flameshot 0.10 to Flameshot 11, upon login I get a
pop-up notification telling me that there's an error in the Flameshot
configuration file and it's reverting to the default settings, but then
there's no Flameshot icon in the system tray and seemingly no way to
bring up the Flameshot UI -- opening the Flameshot app doesn't do
anything. Note however that there's a flameshot process running in the
background.

I had to trash ~/.config/flameshot and then kill and restart Flameshot
to get it back.
