Ok, so theres this cpu hogging process update-apt-xapi Bug #1958041 It runs on every boot. It should run only when opening then muon. Heres other apps that use this allways on startup running process, but should run only when thouse apps are opened, if this is installed and cant use something not cpu using on every startup.
