Public bug reported:

While checking for NBSes, I saw that quvi is keeping libquvi-0.9-0.9.3
around. A no-change rebuild of quvi has been pushed to jammy but the
package FTBFS in its current state.

Upstream for quvi seems to be dead. The last upstream version was 0.9.5,
apparently released in 2013. All the git repositories for quvi did not
have any new commits since 2013 and the package is looking for a new
maintainer in Debian (which is still on 0.9.4). Considering that the
package is so old and no one maintains it upstream or in Debian + it
FTBFS now, I would like to recommend removing it from Ubuntu universe.

The package is a leaf package and has no reverse-depends in Ubuntu.

** Affects: quvi (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Low
         Status: New
