Public bug reported:

php-webimpress-safe-writer was packaged as a php-proxy-manager dependency.
Symfony just moved their dependency to a php-proxy-manager fork that does not
require php-webimpress-safe-writer. Since the
php-proxy-manager package in Debian now tracks this new fork, the
php-webimpress-safe-writer is now useless and I see no good reason to ship it
in Jammy.

Further, the tests fail against PHP 8.1 and it's removed from testing in
Debian as well. This package has no reverse-(build-)dependencies either:

$ reverse-depends src:php-webimpress-safe-writer
No reverse dependencies found

$ reverse-depends -b src:php-webimpress-safe-writer
No reverse dependencies found

Therefore, requesting you to please drop this package from Jammy. Thank you!
