Public bug reported:

Issue: Laptop internal display random noise, external monitor works.
Rolling back to 5.11.0-46-generic works

Both kernels below causes he same issue
5.13.0-27-generic
5.13.0-28-generic

First i thought it was due to installing CUDA. But removing CUDA and NVIDIA
drivers didn't work.
Only switching kernels did.

I used the "ubuntu-bug linux" command to report this so i assume all
necessary files are included automatically
