The only problem is that there are no files in /var/crash, so I have nothing else I can send. It seems that by default core dumps are turned off in Ubuntu (I've read /etc/security/limits.conf has to be edited to allow these). I've edited this file, so perhaps I can generate a new dump if I can get it to crash again. If this is the preferred method of reporting, however, the wiki needs editing, as it sent me down the gdb road.
