Public bug reported: [Description] Unable to boot rpi3+ after apt dist-upgrade
[Steps to reproduce] 1. Flash following image on rpi3a+: https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/21.10/release/ubuntu-21.10-preinstalled-server-arm64+raspi.img.xz?_ga=2.116775055.841111446.1645092439-394390262.1600931043 2. Boot into system 3. sudo apt update 4. sudo apt dist-upgrade -y 5. Reboot the system 6.
