Is this not going to be backported? It appears to have only been applied to Jammy Jellyfish (22.04) but I'm still experiencing this problem, with null pointer dereferences and everything, on 20.04(.4) after moving to the new 5.13 kernel from 5.11, presumably after a HWE update.
