Public bug reported:

When I connect external monitor my Gnome Dash moves from left side of build-in
screen to the left side of external monitor. Unfortunately Guake doesn't handle
some scenarios of this kind:
 - it get's covered by dash on external screen thus I don't see most important
part of my shells - the prompts unless I go fullscreen with F11. This is not
the case for firefox and other apps which do adapt to maximum available space
without Dash.
 - another scenario is when I move focus back to built-in screen and press
Guake hotkey - it does indeed appear on the right screen but window size(which
should cover full width with some height percentage) doesn't adapt -it seems it
remembers size from previous screen instead.
