You can learn more about this functionality at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReportingBugs. Lubuntu 20.04 LTS uses `lximage-qt` (Qt5) and doesn't use `gpicview` (GTK2) as using deprecated GTK2 software on a LXQt desktop makes little sense.
