Actual error from the dpkg log: update-alternatives: error: alternative link /usr/share/java/clojure.jar is already managed by clojure [1mdpkg:[0m error processing package libclojure-java (--configure): installed libclojure-java package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 2
The issue is in the post-inst script. I didn't do the packaging for `1.9.0-6~18.04`, that's Ubuntu-specific. There is probably some sort of logic issue specific to Ubuntu versioning with the post-install script for whether alternatives should be set up. I suggest someone from Canonical take this bug as I suspect the issue is specific to Ubuntu packaging/versioning. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1964538 Title: package libclojure-java 1.9.0-6~18.04 failed to install/upgrade: installed libclojure-java package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 2 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/clojure/+bug/1964538/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
