Upstream budgie-desktop has created a microrelease incorporating just
bug-fixes & regressions since the origin v10.6 release

From a Debian/Ubuntu view-point this microrelease has the following
additional changes beyond v10.6-3/4

1. Additional regression fixes for the troublesome icon-tasklist-applet
namely ungrouping has been disabled since this area produced too many
derps.
