Try also to improve your changelog by listing what changes you made and
why.

For instance :

ebug-http (0.31-1ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low

  * Add libtest-expect-perl to Build-Depends: fixes FTBFS (LP: #164166).
  * Fix broken watch file.
  * Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField specification.
