Hi Doug! I'm tempted to ask for ubuntu-logo.png to be changed before release, even if it's too late (we are in Final Freeze).
As regards the web site, we should also change the logo in the header of all the pages. But that, and favicon.ico, are not technically tied to the release, and thus not as urgent.
