Public bug reported: This packages appeared to be upgraded, when attempting to upgrade it trough discover, a message appeared saying that kubuntu-desktop and ubuntu-release-upgrader-qt will be removed. Trough the terminal, they aren't upgraded trough `sudo apt upgrade`, but instead trough `sudo apt dist-upgrade`.
