Public bug reported:
A fresh install of Ubuntu 22.04 on a Dell XPS 13 (L322X) laptop, which
according to lsusb has an Atheros Bluetooth device 0cf3:3004
The system thinks there is no Bluetooth available and prompts for a
dongle.
Bluetooth worked perfectly with Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. The hardware is
unchanged.
