Half-related to this bug but worth mentioning it because it is certainly linked to it. On a HP x360 Spectre (i7-8565U WhiskeyLake-U GT2 [UHD Graphics 620]), the trick with GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT.
