Unfortunately the link in comment #5 is the crash reporting tool crashing. Reviewing the list of all crash reports from the same machine shows no shell crashes since April 2021.
Please try removing any extensions you might have: cd ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/ rm -rf extensions and then log in again.
